This an important question because how you think and how you feel today impact your future.
If you're like most people - including high-achievers - you're probably living from your current results. You're thinking and acting toward your goal. This means you're thinking, feeling and acting like your current self because you unconsciously don't know any other way to act.
When you have big and bold goals, it's essential to identify your Future Self. Then reverse-engineer your decisions and actions today from your goals achieved.
According to organizational psychologist Dr Benjamin Hardy, "The Future Self concept is simple yet rarely practiced." (1)
He continues, "The quality of connection you have with your own Future Self determines the quality of your life and behaviors now." (1)
